For the starter:

In a bowl mix the flour, salt and the sugar together, then add to it the water and the lemon juice.

Mix until getting a soft dough.

Lay the dough in a bowl and cover it with kitchen foil, let it rise for 1 hour.

Then we mix together the 500 gr of flour, yeast, salt, sugar, powder milk, eggs yolks, butter, water and the starter.

Knead all this together for around 10 minutes, let it rest for 15 minutes.

Roll out the dough in a rectangular shape, roll the dough and cut pieces from around 7cm each one.

Lay the pieces in groups of 3 next to each other and push them lightly together.

Let them rise until dubble the volume. Then with a sharp knife make 3 cuts, once over each other on top of the breads.

Lay small pieces of butter between the cuts and bake the breads in a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for around 30 minutes.
