Pan de Cacahuate
In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, egg yolks and salt. Melt the butter and add to the flour mixture.
Add the water little by little until getting a soft and elastic dough.
Mix in the half cup of the peanuts (grounded previously) and knead until getting it fully incorporated.
Cover the dough with a plastic wrap and let it rest for 2 hours at room temperature.
Meanwhile mix the other half of the peanuts with 50 grams of melted butter.
Roll out the dough and make a long rectangle (around 40 cm long and 1/2 cm thick).
On the top spread the peanuts (we mixed it with 100 gr brown sugar and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon).
Roll and pinch the sides together to close it. Place on a baking sheet (seam side down).
Cut it diagonally with scissors. when you make the cut, turn the cut part to one side. the next cut turn to the other side (we ommited this).
Sprinke the bread with flour (we ommited this and just brush it with an eggwash).
Leave it to double in size for about 30 minutes.
bake in a preheated oven 180°C for 45 minutes.
