Ingredients:

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients except the butter.

Once we get a dough, add to it the butter and we knead it again.

Let the dough rest half an hour in a warm place.

Divide the dough in two pieces and shape the loaf.

Give them oval shapes, let them rise for 2 hours. Brush them with the egg and sprinkle them with sugar.

Bake them in a previously preheated oven at 180 degrees celcius for around 30 minutes.
