Oil the pot  for cooking the stew with the fat (we used individual ones). Put the meat at the buttom, salt and then the vegetables by layers.

Add the seasoning. Pour the vinegar and water.

Cover the pot with baking paper and cook it in a previously pre heated oven at 180°C for 2-3 hours or until everything is teneder and cooked through.

The stew can be served in the pot.
