Mix in a bowl both flours and the salt, combine and slowly add water to form a soft and slightly firm dough.

Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Then pinch a large lemon sized ball of dough, dust the working surface with some flour and roll out the dough into circles from around 18 cm in diameter.

Heat up a pan and once it is hot place a Paratha and let it cook lightly on both sides.
