Peas with Bacon
Cook the peas with water and salt until they're desirable texture (around 15 min).
Once they're cooked cool them down for avoiding that they lose there green colour.
Cut the garlic and the onion as small as possable (brunoisse) and fry them in a fry-pan with the oliveoil on low fire.
When the onion and the garlic are golden brown add the bacon and fry it until the bacon is crispy.
Then add the peas and heat it all together up until they get the shine from the sautéed.
Serving suggestion: With a ring of fresh salat.
