Pica Pollo




  1. Clean the chicken, place it in a large saucepan with enough water to cover it.
  2. Add the onion, parsley, pinch of salt and bring it to a boil  for 20 minutes.
  3. Take chicken out of the saucepan and set aside.
  4. Beat the eggs .Mix the flour with the adobo chicken seasoning.
  5. Dip the chicken first in the eggs batter, then coat with flour and let stand for 20 minutes.
  6. Deep fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. Drain excess oil on paper towel and serve.
