Picante de Pollo
In a large casserole, put the chicken pieces with all the other ingredients. Pour the broth until covering the ingredients completely.
Cook over high heat until it boils, reduce the heat and simmer for 1 hour and a half or until the chicken is done and tender, stir occasionally.
Serve with one boiled potato, cooked aside and uncooked sauce on top.
Sprinkle with the parsley.
