Preparation:

Tear the bread into pieces, then soak in water until soft. Squeeze the excess of water out, then add it to a bowl along with the meat, egg, onion and garlic.

Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Mix everything thoroughly and shape into round patties about 1 cm thick.

Heat up oil in a pan and when hot, dust the patties with flour. Fry for around 10 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve hot.
