Pita S Mesom




Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onions until soft. Add the pork and continue frying until the meat is browned all sides.

Half way the cooking add the chorizo slices, cook until golden brown.

Take off the pan from the fire and add the beaten eggs and season to taste. Mix well to combine.

Arrange the pita breads on a lightly oiled baking tray. Spread the meat mixture on top and place on a previously pre-heated oven at 190°C.

Bake for 8 minutes or until the eggs are set and golden brown. Serve hot.
