Pizza Stromboli



For the dough:

For the egg wash:


In a large bowl, mix all the dough ingredients until getting a soft dough. Cover with kitchen foil and let it rise on a warm place for around 2 hours.

After that time divide the dough in 5 equal parts, roll them out and cover them leaving a 1/2 cm border all around on each one with the filling ingredients.

Roll and shape, closing the edges (we made some rounds and some long ones).

Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.

Brush with the egg yolk, sprinkle with the oregano, rosemary and salt and bake on a previously pre heated oven at 180°C until the surface is golden brown (around 35 minutes).
