Lay the flour on a baking dish, lay this in the oven at 150 degrees celcius for around 30 minutes.
When the flour is cooled down, mix good the lard with the sugar and add to it the flour, cinnamon and the almonds.
Mix all this together until well blended.
Roll the dough between two layers of kitchen foil, with a thickness of 1 cm.
Cut with a cookie cutter the cookies and lay them on a baking dish (previously covered with baking paper).
Bake the cookies in a previous preheated oven at 200 degrees celcius for around 20 minutes.
When they're cooled down dust them with the additional confectioners'sugar and wrap them in colored tissue paper.
