Pork-Chop with Fruits

 

                                                                                                     

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Place the dry fruits in a bowl and cover them with water, let them in there during 30 min.

Add salt and pepper to the chop, heat-up the oil in a fry-pan and fry the chop until they're both sides golden-brown.

Remove the chop from the oil.

In the same oil add the garlic and the onion (both cut in brunoise) and bake them until they're soft, add that then to the chop.

Add in a pot the fruits with the water and the chicken-tea cube and the wine, add the chop with the onion and the garlic to it.

Cook all this together until everything is tender.

Serve with it with the rice.
