Pork Thai Style

                                                                                               

 

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Chop finely the garlic cloves.Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them in small rings.

Cut the hard sticks to the watercress and cut in fine stripes the pork cutlets.

Cut in fine slices the onion.Heat up the oil in a wok and add to it the garlic, red peppers and onion.

Add the pork and let it cook for around 3 minutes.

Add the fish sauce and 100 ml warm water to it, cover with a lid and let it simmer for around 5 minutes.

Prepare the chinese noodles following the instrucions of the package.

Chop the coriander.

Drain off the noodles and add them to the meat stirring.

Add the watercress and the beansprouts to the wok with the noodles and the meat.

Heat up all this together for 2 minutes on high fire.

Serve on deep bowls and sprinkle with the coriander.
