Potato Chip Cookies

                                                                                        

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract.

Mix in the flour and salt until combined.

Stir in pecans (we used peanuts chopped) and the potato chips.

Bake time depends on the size of the cookies. If you make 15 grams cookies, they bake at 180 °C for 10 minutes.  

Remember to rotate once halfway through.
