Quick 10 minutes Dough Flat Bread

                                                                                              

Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the yeast, sugar and water.

Then add 2 cups of flour and mix. Cover and let it rise for 10 minutes

Add the rest of the flour and mix for 10 minutes to get a soft dough.

Pre heat the oven at 180°C.

Divide the dough into 4 pieces (for large breads) or 8 pieces (for small breads).

Shape each piece into a ball.

Roll each piece out to make a circle.

Place them on lyned baking trays and bake 10 minutes or until golden.
