Rikkita Beef



  1. Olive oil, 6 tbs
  2. White wine vinegar, 2 tbs
  3. Fresh parsley (finely chopped) (we used flat leaf), 2 tbs
  4. Fresh lemon juice, 1 tbs
  5. Garlic cloves (finely chopped), 2
  6. Dried basil (crumbled), 1 tsp
  7. Dried crushed red pepper, 1/4 tsp
  8. Dried oregano, a pinch of


Put the beef or steak with the garlic, wine, and hot peppers in plastic bag  (poke hole your meat  before you marinade so meat absorbs flavor).

Put in a large pan with curry and hot pepper and marinade.

Cook stirring occasionally the meat until fully cooked.

Place meat in a bowl and pour Italian dressing on meat and serve.
