Saik Chrouk Ch'ranouitk



Blend in a blender the lemongrass, shallots, garlic, kaffir, turmeric and water until smooth.

Combine this mixture with the coconut, sugar and the salt. Mix well and add the pieces of pork stirring until coating all sides.

Let marinade for at least 1 hour.

Prepare a grill pan and divide the pieces of meat unto the wooden skewers.

Grill for around 3 to 4 minutes each side or until the pork is nicely browned on the outside and cooked through but not dry.

Serve immediately.
