- Chicken (skinned

tbs ground cumin, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground black
pepper, a couple of whole cloves)
turmeric, 1 tbs
- Tomato paste, 3
chopped cilantro or parsley, 3 tbs (we
omani lemon, 1 (we couldn't find it)
- Fresh hot
peppers or ground cayenne pepper, to

In a large pan, heat up the oil
and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the garlic and the tomatoes.
Continue cooking for 2 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
