Sekana Pecene Domaci




In a bowl, combine both kinds of meat, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, bacon, eggs and breadcrumbs.

Soak the bread rolls in the milk until absorbed, then add then to the meat mixture (mixing well).

Divide into two oblong loaves. Place in pans grased with the shortening. Brush the loaves with egg white.

Roast in a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C adding stock occasionally.

When the meat is tender and cooked through, remove to a serving platter.

Dust the pan with flour, allow to brown and dilute  with stock.

Simmer, then strain and pour over the meat.

Serve hot with potatoes (we used steamed jong potatoes, not in the picture) or cold with potato salad.
