Start with the pastry.

Mixing all the ingredients until getting a soft and homogeneous pastry, let it rise 40 min. covered in a warm place.

After that time cut the pastry in portions of the size of what you can keep in your hand when it's closed.

Make with this small balls, lay them on a dish and let them rise covered for around 40 min. again.

In a bowl add the meat and the spices, mix all this very good together.

Then add the onion, the garlic and the paprika all chopped.

At the end add the oil, the lemon juice and the tomatoes.

Let this rest.

Take the pastry balls and make with a roller a flat disk from them.

Place in the middle a portion of the filling and close them in a triangle shape.

Lay them on a baking-dish covered with baking paper.

Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees celcius and lay them in it until they become golden-brown.
