Shortbread Witch Finger Cookies




In a mixing bowl, cream the butter with the sugar.Add the vanilla, almond extract and egg, mix until well combined.

Gradually add the flour and mix until completely combined.

Make a ball of the dough, wrap in plastic foil and refrigerate overnight.

Take the dough out of the fridge, make fingers from it and lay in a lined baking tray. Place the almonds like nails.

Bake in a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for 12 minutes. Cool for 3 minutes before removing to wire racks.
