Shrimps Caribbean Style
Place the shrimps in a bowl (where they can lay all next to each other in one layer).
Mix in another bowl the rum with the honey, the gember and a little of salt.
Add this all over the shrimps, cover the bowl with kitchen-foil and leave them in the fridge for two hours.
Heat-up the grill and bake the shrimps, during baking add the marinade what is left out of the bowl where the shrimps were in.
Serve them on the baguette together with the salad mix and garnish with the parsley.
