Shrimps with Curry

                                                                      

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Let the shrimps defroze until room temp.

Heat-up the coconut-oil in a pan, add to it the peanut-butter.

Add the shrimps pasta  and fried it around one min. on low fire.

Add the sambal, the coconutmilk, the ketjap manis and the salt, mix all the ingredients good and let it boil.

Add the shrimps and cook it, covered with a lid on low fire around 10 min.

Prepare the noodles following the instructions on the package.

Before serving the dish add the lemon juice and one tablespoon of coconut-oil over the shrimps.
