Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt and yeast.

Mix the warm water with 2 tbsp grape molasses. Pour it into the flour mixture little by little. Knead it well.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 2 hours.

Mix 1 cup of water with 1 tbsp grape molasses.

Saute the sesame seeds 10 or 15 minutes until brown (Do not overcook them, it changes their taste).

Pick a piece of dough and shape it in your hands. It must have a circular shape.

First dip it into the grape molasses and water mixture then roll it into sesame seeds.

Oil the oven tray and place all the simits in it with some spaces between each.

Bake them over 180°C for 30 minutes and serve them hot with a glass of tea or ayran.
