Skinke og kartoffelboller

                                                              

Ingredients:

For the mustard sauce

Preparation:

Mix the mashed potatoes, ham, salt, pepper and parsley.

Shape into very small balls.Roll in the bread crumbs, then in the egg and then again into the bread crumbs.

Fry in a deep fryer until well browned.Drain on paper towels and serve hot with the mustard sauce.

For the sauce you just need mix all the ingredients together and whisk until thick.
