Slk Fel Kousha
Spinach (chopped), 1 kg
Olive oil, 3 tbs
Onion (finely chopped), 1
Ground beef, 500 gr
Salt, 1/2 tsp
Water, 1/2 cup
Gruyere cheese (grated), 60 gr
Parsley (finely chopped), 2 tbs
Cook the spinach in a saucepan with a small amount of water for 3 minutes.
Drain off the excess of liquid.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the meat with the salt and pepper , stirring occasionally until well done.
Add the water and spinach and cook for other 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture in a baking dish (we used individual ones) and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Bake in a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
