Snickers Bar Cheesecake




In a food proccesor, blend the biscuits until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.

Add the butter and process until combined. Press the biscuit mixture evenly over a springform of 20 cm diameter.

Refrigerate for around 30 minutes or until firm.

In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and the condensed milk until smooth. Add the vanilla and stir to combine.

In Bain Marie, melt the chocolate. Cool down a little and pour into the cream cheese mixture, mix well to combine.

In a saucepan, heat up the milk and sprinkle the gelatine, stirring until completely dissolved. Cool for 5 minutes.

Stir the gelatine mixture into the cream cheese mixture and mix well to combine.

Pour the mixture into the springform. Cover and refrigerate for around 3 hours. Decorate and enjoy.
