Soupe d ' avocat Adidjanaise




Place the avocado and the stock in a blender, process until smooth, then add the lime juice, the yoghurt and tabasco.

Process, then season with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to ensure that it's properly chilled.

Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with a slice of lime (we ommited this) and a dash of tabasco sauce.
