Spicy orange pork




Toss cornstarch and pork in a small bowl and set aside.

Whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, rise wine vinegar and the Asian chili sauce until well combined.

On medium high fire heat up the oil in a wok. Stir-fry the garlic for 30 sec.

Then add the pork and stir-fry for around 3 to 5 minutes or until cook.

Finally add the liquid mixture and the scallions, cook all this from 2 to 4 minutes or until the sauce becomes thick.

Serve with the steamed broccoli.
