Spiro Dogs



Mix in a bowl the flour with the yeast, salt, beer and the milk. Then add to it the oil.

Knead until getting an uniform dough.

Divide the dough in triangles and in the widest side lay the filling (ham, bacon and the sausage), close the triangles rolling them over itself and close the endings.

They must look like hot dog breads.

Bake them in a previously preheated oven at 200°C from 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
