Strawberry White Chocolate No Bake Cheesecake




Crush the crackers finely in your food processor, mix the crumbs with melted butter.
Press evenly into the bottom of a 20 cm springform pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Melt the chocolate.
In a large bowl, mix the mascarpone and cream cheese with one tablespoon of sugar.
Gently stir the melted chocolate and sliced strawberries in.
Pour the mixture over the crackers bottom.
Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
