Ingredients:

Preparation:

Mix all of the ingredients except the ground cinnamon and the pearl sugar until they're evenly incorporated.

Knead it from 8 to 10 minutes, place it in a bowl and keep it in a warm place (at room temp.) for 2 hours.

Divide the dough in 2 pieces.

Strech each piece into a rectangular shape and sprinkle it with the pearl sugar and the ground cinnamon.

Roll each piece and shape into a rectangular loaf pan.

Let them for 45 to 60 minutes at room temp. or until they're almost dubble size.

Preheat the oven at 205 degrees celcius.

Finally bake them for 30 minutes in the oven.
