Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Preparation:

Combine water, ketchup, salt, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar, cayenne powder, cornstarch and the garlic powder in a pot.

Heat it up until it's boiling and cook it until well blended.

Combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, the egg, the milk, the salt and the pepper and shape it into meatballs.

Fry them for around 10 to 15 minutes.

Put the meatballs and the sauce on a baking dish and bake it an a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.
