Sweetened Condensed Milk Cake

Preparation:

Grease a 22 cm diameter ring cake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk the egg whites until foamy.

Add the yolks, one by one mixing well after each add.

Add the milk, mix well.

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder, then add little by little to the egg milk mixture.

Pour the batter in the cake pan and bake on a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or until pricked with a toothpick it comes out clean.

Cool down completely before unmolding.

Dust with icing sugar before serving.
