Syrian spaghetti

                                                                                                

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Bring a saucepan with enough water with salt to a boil.

Add the spaghetti and cook for around 8 minutes or until al dente, drain it and bring it back to the saucepan.

Stir in the tomato sauce, tomato paste, cinnamon, oil, salt and pepper.

Transfer to previously greased individual baking dishes and bake on a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for 1 hour or until the top is crispy.
