Tacos with black beans

                                                                                                       

 

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Remove liquid from the beans.

In a deepfry-pan add the oil, the onion and the paprika (in small blocks) bake them until they're soft.

Add the beans, the salt and pepper, the clove and cook them on low fire for about 15min.

Then add the ketchup and let it cook for 5min.

Heat up the tacos (follow the instruction on the box).

Add the beans to the tacos and garnish them with the mozzarella in small blocks.

Serving recommendation: with fresh salat.
