Tblisi Beef & Mushrooms




In a bowl, mix the spices, add the meat and mix until well coated with the spice mixture.

In a large sauce pan, place water enough for cooking the noodles and prepare then following the instructions in the package.

In a large pot, heat up the oil, then add the onions and cook stirring constantly until translucent.

Add the meat, stir and cook until the meat is browned all sides.

Pour in the stock, stirring well. Cook for around 6 minutes and reduce the heat to medium.

Stir in the cornstarch, cook stirring until the sauce becomes thick.

Add the mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes more.

Whisk in the sour cream and cook for 3 minutes more.

Drain the noodles. Serve the beef over the noodles.
