Appart from the rice, green chillies and peas, mix all the other ingredients in a saucepan.

Add 1 cup of water and cook over low heat until the meat is tender.

After that time, fry the meat stirring constantly for 10 minutes over a low heat.

Add the rice, 6 cups of hot water, chillies and peas, stir, cover and let cook over moderate fire for around 20 minutes.

remove from the heat, keep it covered for 15 minutes.
