Torrijas con Az˙car

                                                                    

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Cut the Baguette in slices from around 2cm thick, with a breadknife.

Place the milk in a bowl and the sugar and mix this good.

Mix the eggs in another bowl.

Lay the slices of bread in the milk with sugar, take them out of it and lay them on a dish for a while.

Then lay them on the egg mix .

Heat-up the oil and fry the pieces of bread, try to avoid that the oil is too hot (max. 180 degrees).

Take them out of the oil once they're golden brown and lay them for a while in a dish with kitchenpaper.

In a deep dish add some sugar and roll the torrijas in it.
