Torta de Auyama

               

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Oil and line with baking paper a baking pan from 22 cm diameter.

Boil the pumkin (auyama) in a sauce pan with enough water just until tender (not to let it overcook).

Drain it and let it cool down.

In a blender mix all the ingredients until well blended.

Add this preparation to the baking pan and bake (on a previously pre-heated oven at 180 °C) for around 1 hour or until when pick with a toothpick it comes clean out.

Let it cool down on a wire rack and sprinkle with the cinnamon.
