Torta de Coco

                                                                                                  

Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a large bowl cream the butter with the sugar until soft. Add the egg yolks one at the time, blending good after each addition.

Then add the flour (previously sifted together with the baking powder), the vanilla and the grated coconut.

Add the two types of milk and mix until getting an homogeneous batter.

In a separate bowl mix the egg whites until foamy, add then to the batter.

In an springform (previously lined with baking paper and greased) pour the batter and bake on a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for around 45

minutes or until prick with a toothpick it comes

clean out.

Let it cool down before removing from the form and dust with the powder sugar.
