White Chocolate and Oreo Mousse Pie

Place the oreo cookies in a food proccesor and crumble. Pour the melted butter and process until well blended.

Pour the mixture in a lined springform (22 cm) and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

For the filling:

In bain marie, melt the chocolate.

In a small sauce pan, bring the milk to a boil, remove from the heat and dissolve the gelatine completely.

Stir the gelatine into the chocolate, mix until fully blended. Pour the condensed milk and mix to combine.

Whip the cream in a separated bowl until getting soft peaks, then pour the chocolate mixture into it. Fold gently until just combined.

Stir in the cookies, just until combined.

Take the crust out of the fridge and pour the mousse mixture evenly.Leave to set in the fridge overnight.
